Origami Cicada Bug Video
Step 1
This will be the main color of your cicada origami.
Step 2
Flip the paper.
Step 3
Fold the paper in half.
Step 4
Fold the right corner to meet the bottom corner.
Step 5
Repeat on the left side.
Step 6
Fold the right flap up in half.
Step 7
Repeat on the left side.
Step 8
Fold the top layer of the bottom papers up, leaving a gap from the top corner.
Step 9
Fold the bottom layer up, leaving a gap from the point of the top layer.
Step 10
Flip the paper. Rotate it upside down.
Step 11
Gently fold the paper in half, making a barely visible crease in the middle.
Step 12
Unfold.
Step 13
Fold the right edge of the paper to align with the middle crease.
Step 14
Repeat on the left side.
Step 15
Flip the paper and your cicada origami is done!
