Step 1
This will be the main color of your origami sailboat.
Step 2
Fold the paper in half vertically.
Step 3
Unfold.
Step 4
Fold the paper in half at the opposite diagonal angle.

Unfold.
Step 6
Flip the paper.
Step 7
Fold the paper in half vertically.
Step 8
Unfold.
Step 9
Fold the paper in half horizontally.
Step 10
Unfold.
Step 11
Rotate the paper into a diamond shape.
Fold the top and bottom corners pointing at the center.
Step 12
Guided by the left and right creases in the middle of the paper, push them together towards the middle.
Step 13
Fold the paper flat.
Step 14
Fold the top left flap down to the bottom corner.
Step 15
Fold a little bit of the flap back up.
Step 16
Open the pocket in the middle of the paper.
Step 17
Tuck the folded left flap of the paper into the pocket.
Flatten the pocket back.
Step 18
Fold the bottom corner toward the center of the paper.
