Step 1
This will be the main color of your origami speedboat.
Step 2
Align the top edge with the left edge.
Fold.
Step 3
Unfold.
Align the top edge with the left edge.
Fold.
Step 4
Unfold.
Fold horizontally in the middle of the "X" crease.
Step 5
Unfold.
Flip the paper.
Fold the paper in half vertically.
Step 6
Unfold.
Step 7
Bring the horizontal crease together inward.
Fold down into a triangle.
Step 8
Fold the bottom edge to the bottom edge of the triangle.
Step 9
Flip the paper.
Step 10
Fold both left and right edges of the triangle to the middle.
Step 11
Fold the bottom right line of the upside down kite.
Step 12
Unfold.
Repeat with the left section.
Step 13
Unfold.
Fold the two bottom tips upward, aligning their bases with the edges under.
Step 14
Unfold the whole middle section.
Step 15
Fold the little triangle sections creased on the left and right corners.
Step 16
Fold both left and right edges back to the middle.
Step 17
Fold the left and right edges to the middle.

Unfold.
Step 19
Flip the paper.
Step 20
Bring the top corner down to the bottom edge of the triangle.
Make a crease at the middle triangle only.
Step 21
Unfold.
Fold the left and right flaps backward, aligning the edges to the bottom edge of the triangle.
Step 22
Fold the bottom edge of the paper upward, aligning its bottom with the middle corners of the flaps under.
Step 23
Unfold.
Step 24
Make openings to the side folds of the triangle.
Bring the left and right corners to the sides of the openings, guided by the creases.
Step 25
Fold the previous steps.
Step 26
Fold the sides together and fix the edges of the paper to make a more boxy inside.
Step 27
Make an opening with the middle fold layer, and your origami speedboat is done!
